BIOGRAPHIE
French DJ, Producer, Remixer and Performer from Asian and Slav roots, Xeum discovered electronic music and synthesis sound as a child and quickly started to compose and perform his music. With a versatile music background education, he graduated from Paris & Versailles Conservatory of Music and became a studio- recording artist for EMI and classical percussionist in the French Air Force Brass Band, which plays for French President. With various orchestras, he has performed in prestigious venues like Chatelet Theater, Palais des Congres, Mogador Theater in Paris, Budapest Opera, Kremlin in Moscow.
Xeum!s international collaborations are as eclectic as diverse. Currently living between Shanghai & Paris, Xeum is producing original soundtracks for fashion Shows, TV spots and Luxury brands events. Versatiliy might be closest way of describing his sonic sensitivity as he regularly performs and produces a range of music from Classic, Jazz, through House, Tech House-Electro to Electronica for various events. Xeum opens his musical vibe with music and sounds crossing his life. As Dj and as musician, he has performed in many clubs and concert venues around the world.
Since fall 2006, alongside the music production, his dedication and vision as co-founder and artistic director of multi awarded club LOgO Shanghai , a gathering place for many of Shanghai’s creative talents and reknown international artists on tour in Asia, have helped earn the venue the Reader’s Choice award for Best Live Music venue (2008 and 2009) as well best after hours and live music club awards (2009). Xeum contributed and continues to develop] Shanghai and Asian music scene by producing events and local artists.
Since 2009, Xeum co-founded the publishing company, Unicum-Music (Paris), which administers musical rights and manages artists like Emilie Chick, OK GO and Dantes. Apart from diverse and successful collaborations, Xeum tours with a new live act mixing and performing electronic and acoustic instruments or a 100% Originals DJ set. He!s currently Brand Ambassador for X-mini (Singapore) and sponsored by Mixvibes (France).
